users
Every Business Catalyst plan has a number of user accounts included, which double-up as email mailboxes (read under POP Email). This means that up to this number of users can simultaneously be working on different areas of your website. Users of Partner Portal do not affect customer site licensing limits.
email addresses
Every Business Catalyst plan includes a number of email accounts/mailboxes (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). BC supports both POP and IMAP. Each mailbox has a 5Gb disk space limit and a 100Mb attachment limit applies to each message.
email notifications
You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer inquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customise these to suit your needs via Business Catalyst's Workflow options.
SMS notifications
Business Catalyst's PRO plan includes a number of SMS credits/notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.
disk space
Every Business Catalyst plan has generous disk space limit to host your images, flash files and javascript. You can use FTP or the online File Manager to upload your files.
bandwidth
Business Catalyst plans come with a massive 1TB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's highly unlikely that you will exceed this limit.
using your own URL
You can use your own URL - you don't need to use the yourname.businesscatalyst.com address that is assigned to you when you first sign-up (although you can if you want). You have two choices - you can either let Business Catalyst host your DNS (you need to redelegate your domain to them), or you can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service. Most businesses opt to use Business Catalyst's DNS, it's free. We include this as part of our service or there is an article that will help you out here - never fear :)
support
You can get support through a variety of avenues - there's a getting started guide, online help and introduction videos. Business Catalyst also offers support via their Forums on the Business Catalyst website, where their support engineers are waiting to help you!
As a Business Catalyst Customer, you'll also get access to their friendly in-app customer support.

- All prices listed are in AU dollars.
- All sites subject to Business Catalyst End-User Agreement
- Business Catalyst and Miles Design reserve the right to change plan features, limits and pricing at anytime.
- All plans are charged for in advance. A credit card must be provided for automatic billing for every site.
- 10% discount is only applicable if plan purchased on annual basis.
- Sites can be cancelled at anytime with 14-days notice. Fees paid upfront are forfeited.
- Monthly allocation of email newsletter, SMS and traffic quota expire at the end of each month. Additional allocation can be purchased.
- Partner Portal users do not affect customer site licensing limits.
