Business Catalyst has just released a new 'My Accounts' page in the Administration area. To access this page click on Home > My Accounts
If you are billed directly by BC, this feature allows you to:
- See a list of all invoices you have received
- Email invoices to yourself
- Update your Credit Card details*
- Cancel your site (Please note: If there are outstanding invoices for the site, these will need to be paid first before you can cancel your site)
* If there are any outstanding invoices, these will need to be paid via the site admin login – updating credit card details will not automatically process any outstanding invoices.
